Sassy Secret Products ship from on of our two locations. Most of our products ship from our Fulfillment Warehouse in Florida USA while some of our products now ship directly from our warehouse overseas.
All in stock products will ship within 1 business Day (2 business days on select products), regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days and you will be responsible for all extra fees associated with shipping. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
Sassy Secret now offers Free Shipping worldwide on SELECT PRODUCTS that ship directly from our new shipping location, our factory's warehouse in Shandong, China. Products that ship from this location, take approximately 2-3 days shipping time. Processing time for orders is still 1-2 days. Please note, no duties or fees will be incurred within the US when receiving products shipped from this location. Returns are still shipped to our facility located in the Kansas City MO USA.

Domestic Shipping
For domestic shipping we use USPS or UPS only, all orders will require a Signature Confirmation upon delivery. Both carriers will leave a notice if no one is available to sign for the package. Customer is then responsible to make arrangements for pick up if final attempts to deliver have been made. The customer is responsible for signing for their package. Sassy Secret is not responsible if someone other than you signs for your package, or if the package gets lost or stolen.
In addition if your package is returned due to no one being available to sign you will be 100% responsible for reshipping fees.
P.O. Boxes
When having your order shipped to a P.O.Box you MUST put the POST OFFICE'S physical address in the first address line and the P.O.Box number in the second address line in order to guarantee proper delivery of your order. Please note that if you fail to do this the package will be returned to our office and you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship the package back out.
APO/FPO
APO/FPO are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) only, and will also require Signature Confirmation upon delivery
*Important Notice about Express Shipping: All orders placed before 8am Central Standard Time will ship on the same day. Any orders placed after 8am CST will ship out the next business day. Next Day Air and Next Day Air Saver orders will need to be placed by 8am Thursday for delivery by Friday. For 2nd Day Air shipping, orders must be placed by 8am CST Wednesday to be able to be received by Friday. 2nd Day Air orders place after 8am CST Wednesday will arrive the following Monday.
International Shipping
Sassy Secret uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and DHL for international shipments. (Please refer to the chart below). International orders are subject to duties and taxes according to the their country of origin. Sassy Secret is not responsible for duties and taxes. The same shipping rules and guidelines apply (See Above).

Risk of Loss: Once packages are picked up from our office by the carrier, the risk of loss is passed to the customer. Sassy Secret is not liable for any packages that do not get delivered to customer. If requested, we will contact the carrier and assist the customer with finding the package. Sassy Secret is not liable and will not refund any transaction due to lost or stolen packages.
